Make-up Policy

If group classes are held and you are not in attendance you are NOT entitled to a refund or make-up. This includes and is not limited to you or your child’s illness, vacation or inclement weather.

Private lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advanced to be CONSIDERED for re-scheduling.

Please note that many of our indoor facilities do not allow us to re-schedule lessons and therefore a make-up may not be possible. If lessons get cancelled due to inclement weather or other pool closure, we will do our best to re-schedule the lesson. If the lesson cannot be re-scheduled we will issue a refund.

If 15 minutes or more of a class period is complete before inclement weather or pool closure occurs, the class will not be re-scheduled.
