Cancellation Policy

If a request for withdrawal is made two weeks or more prior to the start date of a class, a refund will be issued minus a $20 processing fee per session per student.

Requests for withdrawals that are made within two weeks of the start date of a class will not receive a refund.

If AVSA cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment, we will try to place you in another class. If another class is not available, then a full refund will be given.
